Your first personal space is created after you create your Geo account, but if you want to create another you can find out more here - just select the blank space option and select personal governance.
Personal home
Your personal home is your hub to see all activity across spaces in which you're an editor. You’ll be able to see and vote on member requests, editor requests and proposals that another member or editor has created, as well as seeing a breakdown of the number of proposals and requests you’ve already voted on.
Accessing your personal home
Accessing your personal home is easy - simply open the top right profile icon and navigate to your personal home via the context menu that appears.
Voting cards
As an editor you’ll see a feed containing actionable cards related to different proposal types; new editor requests and removals, member requests and removals and edits posed by editors and members of the space. These cards contain the most pertinent information about that particular proposal, but if you’d like to see more information you can interact with the card anywhere outside of the accept or reject buttons to open it up in a full screen view.
The information shown on each card will depend on the proposal type:
1. For proposals that require a 24 hour vote: you’ll see a card title, time left in hours and minutes, the creator of the proposal, an accept and reject button and a visual representation of how editors have voted in realtime.
2. For proposals that can be instantly actioned: you’ll see a card title, proposal creator and an accept or reject button.
Personal space
When you first create an account on Geo, you’ll be given the option to set up your first space. This first space will be a personal space, and you can create as many of them as you like. A personal space is essentially an area where you can create your own content to whatever you desire. You may have a collection of personal goals and achievements, music mixes you like, favourite restaurants or places. You may create posts that you’d think others would like to see It’s entirely up to you. Content in your personal space remains unsearchable on Geo until the person who created the space joins a publicly listed space in Geo as an editor or member.
