Regions are geographic areas with communities formed by proximity. Region spaces form a hierarchy for drilling down into smaller and smaller regions. The top level regions space represents the whole world. From there we drill down into countries, states / provinces, counties, cities and neighborhoods. Power should be pushed to the local level as much as possible while giving people the ability to coordinate in larger groups. Regions can include everything from impact goals to local businesses and culture.
